Where can I find my personal information?

Once you have logged in, you can click on your username or email in the top right corner of your browser window. This will open a drop-down menu with the menu item "My Account", which contains all your personal data.


I have a question about Sunify. Who can I contact?

In the footer of Sunify you will find the category "Contact". There you will find a phone number as well as the redirect "Write us" to our contact form.

No. Prospects can use Sunify free of charge.

Can I deactivate my account at any time?

Yes, you can deactivate your account at any time.


What happens if I deactivate my account?

All requests where you have not yet accepted a quote from a professional will be terminated. Your email notifications will be stopped and your account will be deactivated.


What does Sunify offer me as a customer?

You get access to one of the broadest platforms in the photovoltaic industry. A large number of interested professionals can view your request, allowing you to choose between several offers the one that suits you best.

What is the next step after my created Eco-request?

After you send your request, a lead is generated from it, which is visible to the professionals. If a professional is interested in your lead, planning will begin. As soon as the planning is finished, you will receive an offer and you will be notified about the offer by e-mail.


How long do I have to wait for a quote?

That depends on how interesting your request is for professionals. A waiting time of up to two weeks is quite possible.


Where do the professionals come from?

From all over Europe, Austria and also from your region.


I would like to withdraw my request. How long can I do that?

You can withdraw requests as long as you have not accepted an offer from a professional. Once you have accepted an offer, it is legally binding.

Where can I change my address?

Under "My account" there is the menu item "Address". There you can see all your addresses and edit or delete them.

What subscriptions do I have to choose from?

You can choose the right size for your projects between different subscriptions. For a detailed description of the individual subscriptions, please see our service description.


What does Sunify offer me as a professional?

You get access to one of the most broadly positioned platforms in the photovoltaic industry. Here you will find the latest prospects for PV systems, a huge selection of shopping products from a wide range of suppliers and a comprehensive planning tool for your projects.


Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, You can cancel your subscription at any time.


What happens if I cancel my subscription?

You will receive the PayPerProject payment variant and can use Sunify as usual. For more details about the PayPerProject variant, please read our service description.


What happens when I change my subscription?

Your old subscription will be cancelled and will expire by the end of the payment period. The new subscription starts with the completion of the order process and will be available after payment verification. With your new subscription you are now bound to the project size of the new subscription. but you can continue to complete the projects you have already started.

What happens if I deactivate my account?

Your started projects will be terminated, your search agents will be deleted and your email notifications will stop. Offers already submitted by you will remain active. Your account will be deactivated and you will no longer have any access.


Requests

Are the inquiries present in the lead generator from verified individuals?

People who have not yet verified their email address can be recognized by the warning triangle next to their name in the request. If no symbol is visible, this user is verified.
